How do you deal with your anger?

I had a terrible night last night.

The man living next door (I live in an apartment), had a party. He seemed to invite soooooooooo many people that it was such a huge crowd. The music so loud. And they laughed out loud, so loud that I believe those living 5 levels above us could hear.

I tried to ignore that I felt totally uncomfortable.

It was 11 pm and they didn’t stop. 12 pm, still the same. 1 am, I was about to lose my temper. 1.30 am, I lost it.

I knocked on his door. Nothing happened for about  30 seconds. I knocked even louder. Quiet. Good. Then, the door was opened.

“It’s 1.30 am,” was all I said.

Then I left them with their mouth open, the whole crowd.

I don’t know why they had it open. Was it because of the knocking on the door, or me standing in front of them, or my reddish face.

It was totally red. I saw it on the mirror right after I got back to my apartment. It was because I was holding back my anger, I guess.

Then I cried.

Everytime I’m angry, I cry. Then, I’d feel relieved.

Is that a good way to deal with anger?

A letter from a friend

This is funny. It’s been like centuries that I received a posted mail. But, yesterday, I happened to get one!

It’s from a friend. It came with a Valentine card in the envelope.

It’s cute, isn’t it?

All this time, all my mails are electronics, paperless. I even haven’t received any postcards from my friends travelling abroad.

Hahaha…I really find it funny and amusing.

Everyday Is A New Day

Of course it is.

And, starting today, I’m about to be thankful for any new day coming (should I have enough time to).

Yesterdays were over. Yesterdays were sad.

Today, the new day, is full of hope. And I’m happy for that.
